AMID has set up a team of system administrators (SAs) and database administrators (DBAs) to provide remote datacenter supports. The team has been trained to support diversified hardware technologies, OS and databases. Major supported technologies include:

• Hardware: HP, Sun, IBM, and Dell
• Operating systems: HP-UX, Solaris, AIX, AS400, Linux, Windows 2000 and 2003
• Databases: Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MS SQL Server, MySQL
• Storage: SAN, NAS, Direct Attached Storage

Our SAs and DBAs have strong skills in OS and software installations, system and database tuning and configurations, 24 x 7 system monitoring and troubleshooting, shell scripts and perl programming, and customer application supports.
